- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship through trusted national carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional transit time may apply to non-continental U.S. locations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Dick Anthony Ltd is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and retain all packaging materials for carrier review.
In-Store Pickup
