Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the "Service" Tab at the top of every page on our website. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Our rates are based on the total of your order. If your order totals up to $74.99, regular shipping is $9.95. If your order is $75.00 to $100.00 regular shipping is $11.95. $100.00 and above is free for regular shipping in the continental USA.

Q: Why can't I log on to my account?
A: If you have placed an order with us before and cannot remember your password please go to "My Account" in the upper right hand top of the page and click on lost password to have your password emailed to you. Please make sure you have the correct email that you used when you placed your previous order and the name that was used on that order.
